Cookie Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This page explains the cookies and similar technologies we use on pulsepadel.ai, and how you control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
Consent comes first
Under the UK and EU cookie rules (PECR and the ePrivacy Directive), the UK and EU GDPR, and the UAE’s data protection law (PDPL), non-essential cookies need your consent before they’re set. Nothing on this site sets a non-essential cookie or loads a non-essential third-party script until you accept. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and you can change your mind at any time.
What we use
Strictly necessary
These are needed for the site to work, so they’re set without asking.
| Name | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| pulse_consent | Remembers your cookie choice so we don’t ask again | 6 months |
| pulse_demo | Unlocks the private product demo, set only if you enter a valid access code | 30 days |
| Bot protection (Vercel BotID) | An invisible check on the live demo bot to stop automated abuse | Session |
Preferences
Your language choice (English, Spanish or Italian) is stored in your browser’s local storage, not sent to us. It’s cleared when you clear your site data.
Analytics
We don’t use any analytics tools or analytics cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this page and ask for your consent first.
Third-party embeds
Our “Book a demo” section uses Calendly, which sets its own cookies when it loads. Because that isn’t strictly necessary, we don’t load Calendly until you accept cookies. Until then, you’ll see a link to book on Calendly directly, so you can always reach us without accepting. Once loaded, Calendly’s own cookie notice applies.
Changing your choice
You can change your answer at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Removing the strictly necessary ones will log you out of the demo and make us ask about cookies again.
